Dental implants

intraosseous implant - surgically inserted directly into the jawbone.
Once the surrounding gum tissue is healed, a new surgery is required in order to anchor a pillar to the original implant. Finally, the artificial tooth/teeth (grouped as a bridge) or the removable dentures are caught on the pole.
subperiostal implant - is made of a metal frame inserted into the jawbone just below the gum tissue.

As the gums heal, the metal is fixed on the bone. The pillars caught on this frame come out through the gums. Similar to the intraosseous implant, the artificial teeth are mounted on these poles.
